Timing

I'm so glad students of animation and working animators are putting terrific posts online of what they have learned. This was taken from Victor Navone's Online Gallery blog http://www.navone.org/blogger/2007/09/3-speeds.html and I thought it a very good study for why we should look for opportunities to get variation in timing into our animation.
